Lemon with Rapadura

Ingredients

50 ml of cachaça ½ lemon Tahiti 10 ml of lemon-sicilian juice 2 pub spoons of grated rapadura

Method of Preparation

Macere the pieces of Tahiti lemon with the sicilian lemon juice and the rapadura in a long glass, add broken ice up to ¾ of the capacity of the glass and the dose of cachaça.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and fill the glass with broken ice. Finish the drink with raspberry shavings and 1 Sicilian lemon wedge.
